On Wednesday 11 December the whole Sixth Form were excited to head out for the afternoon on their annual ice-skating trip to Glide at Battersea Power Station! Always a fantastic afternoon, we arrived in time to explore the renovated PowerStation and have lunch, before regrouping at the ice rink to get our skates and head on to the ice. For those of us who stayed off the ice (because someone needs to look after the bags and coats!) it was wonderful to see how much fun the Sixth Form were having, at the end of a long term. After we finished skating the students headed off in groups, either to make their own way home or to continue the fun with some more shopping in the Power Station, or a tour of London’s Christmas lights. It was a perfect way to end the term!
