Nothing beats the immersive experience of the world’s best preserved Roman ruins at Pompeii, Herculaneum and the Naples Archaeological Museum! Our enthusiastic group of Sutton High pupils enjoyed their Italian gelato and pizza but also gained valuable insights into Roman life through seeing real Roman houses – and the spectacular artifacts that were found within them. The boundaries between past and present were continuously blurred.
